Official Seal of the International Criminal Court against Child Kidnapping

The International Criminal Court against Child Kidnapping is proud to reveal its official seal, and it will be the first of its kind to be used in the Court.

The inspiration for the seal’s design was drawn from the European Union’s flag and what it symbolizes. The EU’s twelve gold stars form a circular pattern and it represents the ideals of unity, solidarity, and harmony among those in the European Union, which is not dissimilar to what ICCACK is striving to achieve with the creation of

"One Criminal Court against Parental Child Kidnappers"

In this way, like the European Union, ICCACK’s underlying motivation is one of uniting – not just for the left behind parents, who will reunite through our efforts, but also for all the countries working together to create better legislation's to protect the rights of wrongfully retained children all across the globe.

Our seal features a blue background with ten gold stars that encircle the ICCACK motive.  The ancient Greek mathematician and philosopher, Pythagoras, considered that the number 10 was the most sacred number of all since it represented

(1) existence

(2) creation

(3) life and

(4) the four elements: earth, air, fire, and water.

And by Pythagoras’ deductions, if one were to add these successive numbers going up to 4, the answer would be 10. These attributes are in sync with our own outlook about the freedom of life, Human Rights and the Universal Rights of children.

The ICCACK seal will be stamped on all official documents such as certificates given to given to attorneys newly admitted to practice before the Court, or on Return Court Orders for wrongfully retained children overseas.

It will be kept in the custody of the clerk of the Court at all times.
